Reprint：Argentine Undersecretary Cadano Visits China for Nuclear Power Cooperation

Mr. Julian Cadano, Argentine nuclear power undersecretary and president of NNSA, visited China during March 31 to April 4 to push forward the cooperation of PWR project.

On April 2, CNNC’s Chief Financial Officer Chen Shutang met with Cadano and discussed the EPC Contract and financing arrangement.

On April 3, Vice Administrator of NEA Liu Baohua had a meeting with Cadano, during which the two sides agreed to provide governmental support to the ongoing nuclear power cooperation and signed the LOI on PWR project investment.

During April 14 to 15, a Chinese delegation led by NEA Administrator Zhang Jianhua visited Argentina and signed the inter-governmental LOI on cooperation. This document has laid a solid foundation for EPC contract signature and follow-up financing & investment negotiations of PWR project.
