Sustainable Residence Residence: 2 Bar House

Architecture completed a modern residential project entitled 2 Bar House. Especially developed for a couple with two small children, the home looks at family members' lives and provides both indoor and outdoor spaces for various activities. Here is a description from the architects: "The concept of 2 Bar is arranged in a bedroom bar upstairs and upright in a living bar, an arrangement that allows both spaces to open up more light than A lower-level living room features an accordion and sliding doors allowing the house to open in a rich backyard and garden. A private, green roof with a deck gives you a comfortable, access to the top level to have a connection to the garden and landscape. Horizontal slats on the upper bar create a simple and elegant rain screen and provide panels that are available in easy-to-move windows control light and privacy. "The 2,120 square foot residence features green materials and great technology, making this project not only aesthetically pleasing, but also sustainable.
