According to the official architects’ description,“the home is sensitively designed and compatible with its surroundings while setting a new benchmark for contemporary, user-friendly and environmentally-sensitive design. This green home provides energy efficiency, comfort and a healthy indoor environment while reducing the impact on the environment. The interior is light filled and open with high ceilings, polished concrete radiant heated floors and an extraordinary floating open steel and wood stair. The entire south side of the House has walls of glass that open to two private courtyards and the back yard. The indoor/outdoor living areas blur together and become one”.
